Thank you for shopping at Trailer Night. We strive to provide high-quality products and the best shopping experience possible.

1. Physical Products (Magazines, Merchandise, etc.)

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a product is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions for refunds or replacements:

• The product file is corrupted or not working.
• You received the wrong file.
• You were charged more than once for the same item.

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@trailernight.com if any of these apply. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a screenshot if applicable.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel your newsletter or subscription-based access at any time, but past payments are non-refundable.
